Shipping policy
All items ship from Dyer, Indiana 46311. We take extra care packaging your vintage and collectible items (trains, lamps, electronics, etc.) with bubble wrap, foam, and sturdy boxes.
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment (excluding weekends/holidays).
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Most items ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail with tracking.
- Larger/heavier items may ship via FedEx Ground or UPS.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Local Pickup Free local pickup on items $50 and over is available by appointment in the local Dyer Indiana and surrounding areas. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and contact us to schedule.
Special Handling Fees For large, heavy, bulky, or high-value items (typically $100 or more), a special handling fee may be added at checkout. This covers extra protective packaging and additional carrier insurance to ensure safe delivery of fragile or valuable vintage pieces.
International Shipping Available to select countries. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Insurance & Tracking All shipments are insured for the full purchase price. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Damaged Shipments Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if there is shipping damage so we can file a claim with the carrier.
