CONDITION DETAILS: Seat surface is in good condition with only a few minor surface mars — no deep scratches, scuffs, or tears. Swivels smoothly. Chrome base has some areas of rust, primarily on the inside/underside surfaces, but presents well overall and still looks good from normal viewing angles. One nut and screw has been replaced.
