This Rivarossi N Gauge 4-8-8-4 Big Boy #4013 is new old stock, unused, and manufactured in Italy in the early 1980s. The locomotive and tender are constructed primarily of die-cast metal with some plastic detail components and remain in very good to excellent condition consistent with age and long-term storage. There are no obvious scratches, dents, or damage, though lubrication and minor maintenance may be needed for smooth operation—sold as-is. The original box is intact but shows average age-related wear; foam inserts have disintegrated over time. Items will be carefully wrapped for safe shipping. The Union Pacific Big Boy is one of the most iconic and powerful steam locomotives ever built.
